Who We Are

Expedition Diving began from countless dives across different seas — discovering that every location, every dive center, and every team has its own rhythm and requirements. What started as personal notes and experiences soon evolved into a mission: to help other divers arrive better prepared, with the right gear and the right expectations for each destination.This platform is built from first-hand experience — the lessons learned while traveling, training, and exploring both recreational and technical depths. For now, it’s a personal project driven by passion for precision and discovery, but the goal is to grow a community of collaborators who share the same vision: to make diving safer, smarter, and more rewarding for everyone who goes beyond.

Meet Alexandru

My diving journey began in November 2023, when I tried scuba diving for the first time at Deep Dive Dubai — simply because my girlfriend wanted to experience something new. What started as curiosity quickly became a passion. Just a week after completing my Open Water course, I was already back at the dive center to earn my Nitrox certification.

Since then, I’ve completed over 250 dives, exploring wrecks, reefs, and deep sites across the region. On July 8th 2025, I achieved my Hypoxic Trimix certification in Fujairah — a milestone that marked how much diving has become part of who I am.

I just started my CCR (Closed Circuit Rebreather) journey and I continue to push my limits through exploration, discipline, and constant learning. Expedition Diving is my way of sharing that passion and helping others progress safely and meaningfully in their own diving paths.
